Then we got home and had dinner at the diner they have at the hotel and then we went out of swimming.
On the third day we went to Hollywood and we went to a place called Whimsic alley. Whimsic alley is a place base on Harry potter and it had wands, and candy from the candy store in Harry potter! After Whimsic alley we went to the american girl store and had a tea party! It was so much fun. Then we went to the hotel and went swimming(again).
Then on the fourth day we went universal studios! Universal studios is amazing. Before you reach universal studios there is a place called the city walk where there is lots of stores and stuff then after the cit walk there is universal studios and it is awesome!!!
We went on four rides: Revenge of the mummy, 3D transformers, Jurassic park and The Simpsons ride.
Revenge of the mummy was totally awesome. You got on the ride and the mummy said a few scary things like "I will steal your souls" and then you went really fast(blinding speed) for a minute the when you thought you reached the end The mummy said "And now you go back" and then all the way back at blinding speed and then the ride is over.
On trans formers I can't give you much because my eyes were shut pretty much the whole entire time. LOL:) but here is what happened in the time my eyes were open: So since its 3D and was a motion ride so your not going anywhere pretty much it just feels like it. Its pretty scary. So we had something that the bad guy wanted so he kept jumping on us and picking us up, and there was a fake fire were you could feel the heat and see it. And there was a free fall where Bumblebee(a transformer) caught you. Then the ride went on for a while.
Then we went on the Jurassic Park ride(my favourite!) The Jurassic Park ride was a water ride so I got a bit wet:) There was a guy that was talking the whole ride and telling us about certain dinosaurs, then we got to a part where we were supposed to got to somewhere else, but we didn't because there was a cart blocking it(They did that on purpose.) and instead we went to a place where they kept velociraptors ,but it was destroyed because the Velociraptors got out! They made it so real there was a cart in the water and a Mickey Mouse hat floating around the cart. Then before we went up a hill a cart fell off a building and fell down and almost fell on the people(And me!) in the cart! It was scary! Then we went in to a T-rex place where there was a escaped T-rex. In the T-rex place there was red lights and the sound of a alarm and you could here the T-rex stomping around. Then when you got half way through the T-rex place you would look up and you would see the T-rex coming down to the cart and going to eat us! Then you got to the end of the place and a T-rex came out again and you could literally touch it it was so close! Then before the T-rex ate you, you went on a straight down drop in to water! It was so much fun we went on it again.

Diving Dryland
Since the pool is being cleaned right now, we divers are doing drylands and it is sooooooo painful! Everyday we have to run the track 3-5 times!(1.2- 2.6 Kilometres!) And then we have to do ab work outs such as planks, push-ups, sit-ups, pike-ups(special diving workout), and tuck-ups(special diving work out!)! But it pays off, because at the end of the practice we get to play games like tag or handstand competitions! Yay!

In The Eyes of a Dancer: Prologue( Rough Draft)
In The Eyes of a Dancer
I was about five when it happened. Everything went black one day. I lost connection with everything and everybody. All I heard that dreadful day were negative things. Mama crying. The doctor saying I was sick; saying I was blind. I think Mama cried all day. Never did she stop. But I didn't cry. I didn't know what was going on. I thought perhaps someone turned off the lights. Heck, I didn't even know what blind meant! I was only five! All I knew what that everything was dark. Everything I ever wanted to do, I couldn't. Except dance. I had been to my first ballet class when I was three. It wasn't like a real ballet school, it was more like playing around. But I loved it. Dance consumed my preschool years. Jazz, Tap, HipHop, Ballet. I did everything my little body could manage. But how could I dance now if I was blind? When Papa was in his worst mood, he'd come home after work and tell me I'd never dance again. Ever. And then I felt all my hopes, all my dreams be crushed. But I didn't say anything. I just stood there staring at him, his eyes glistening with tears. Then Mama would would barge in crying, screaming at him of being so cruel to his child. "She's only five!" She'd scream and he'd scream back, "But she's blind!" I think they would often forget I was even there, listening to there screaming and swearing. I stand at the doorway, needing someone to my room, because I was unseeing and unknowing. When I was seven, and I could actually understand these conversations of screams, I would let small, cold, bitter tears roll down my cheeks. But I didn't wail or sob, because I knew if I did, I would just make everything worse than it already was. So I cried silently. Despite what Papa said, Mama still tried to find dance lessons for me. Dance lessons I could participate in. I needed someone who could help me, the poor little blind girl. I needed someone who would teach me how to dance even though I was blind. I just needed someone. But soon, I started to notice Mama changing. She got frustrated more easily. She screamed and cried for no reason. And I couldn't help feeling it was all my fault. Probably because it was all my fault. By the time I was eight, Mama was hospitalized. Why? She went absolutely nuts. She was slowly losing her mind. And even though I couldn't see her, I could hear her and I could tell she was losing it. Papa told me to forget her, saying I'd probably never see her, well hear her, again. That was the first time I sobbed. It was so different to my usual silent crying. Silent crying had become such a habit that I never did sob. Papa quit his job to stay home and care for me. Of course he didn't actually care for me. He went out with his friends to drink. He called me a burden. I probably was a burden. Who wanted to care for there eight year old blind kid? No one. Sure Mama was going crazy, but at least she pretended to care for me. Pap would often leave me all by myself, locked up in my room bumping in to things. Then, one day he was caught coming home from a bar, drunk driving. He was arrested and I was sent off to leave with my English Aunt Caroline in Ontario. And the great thing was, I don't think she pretended to care for me. I think she did truly, genuinely did care for me! We'd go to parks and she pushed me on the swing and was my aid so I didn't bump in to things.
I thought I had finally found my happiness; someone who actually loved me.
But maybe I was wrong.

Favourite Song: Photograph- Ed Sheeran

Loving can hurt
Loving can hurt sometimes
But it's the only thing that I know
When it gets hard
You know it can get hard sometimes
It is the only thing that makes us feel alive
We keep this love in a photograph
We made these memories for ourselves
Where our eyes are never closing
Hearts are never broken
Times forever frozen still
So you can keep me
Inside the pocket
Of your ripped jeans
Holdin' me closer
'Til our eyes meet
You won't ever be alone
Wait for me to come home
Loving can heal
Loving can mend your soul
And it's the only thing that I know (know)
I swear it will get easier
Remember that with every piece of ya
And it's the only thing we take with us when we die
We keep this love in this photograph
We made these memories for ourselves
Where our eyes are never closing
Our hearts were never broken
Times forever frozen still
So you can keep me
Inside the pocket
Of your ripped jeans
Holdin' me closer
'Til our eyes meet
You won't ever be alone
And if you hurt me
That's OK, baby, only words bleed
Inside these pages you just hold me
And I won't ever let you go
Wait for me to come home [4x]
Oh you can fit me
Inside the necklace you got when you were 16
Next to your heartbeat
Where I should be
Keep it deep within your soul
And if you hurt me
Well, that's OK, baby, only words bleed
Inside these pages you just hold me
And I won't ever let you go
When I'm away
I will remember how you kissed me
Under the lamppost
Back on 6th street
Hearing you whisper through the phone,
"Wait for me to come home."
But it's the only thing that I know
When it gets hard
You know it can get hard sometimes
It is the only thing that makes us feel alive
We keep this love in a photograph
We made these memories for ourselves
